Installation Guides

We make installing your CNC package quick and easy. We have created an installation guide which will help you quickly install your system and have your machine up and running in no time. 

In addition we offer optional wiring diagrams to make the istallation straightforward. The CNC package will come with pre installed software and IO designation. 

Once installed and ready to power on, we can provide onsite technical support if needed for servo tuning and tool change programming if needed.

Initial Power-On and System Tuning

After successfully finishing the hardware installation, we can provide a guide on the initial power-on and system tuning. This will ensure that you safely power on your machine and avoid potential damage to the system components.

System Integration Manual

The system integration is an in depth manual for tuning the CNC system post installation. The manual guides the retrofitter through the installation/connection, parameter settings, servo tuning, PLC, and basic system troubleshooting. 

A set of typical ladder diagrams and system parameters for your specific machine will be provided with the order of an MS-Tech CNC retrofit package. Therefore, system integrators will find that changing or editing ladder logic and system parameters is very easy. 

 

MS-TECH CONTROL INTERFACE BOARD FOR CINCINNATI ARROW-SERIES VFS-SERIES SPINDLE DRIVES

This is an optional board for retrofitting Cincinnati Arrow-series CNC machines with a Kollmorgen VFS spindle drive. This interface board will save time for retrofit connections.

MS-TECH CONTROL INTERFACE BOARD FOR CINCINNATI ARROW-SERIES SERVO AND SPINDLE DRIVES

This is an optional board for retrofitting Cincinnati Arrow-series CNC machines with Kollmorgen servo motors and drives. With this interface board shown, the retrofit servo connections are done as soon as you unplug the servo connectors from the Acramatic control board and plug them into this DIN-mountable MS-Tech board.
